Product details
The production processes of the 19 magazines published by MVS Medizinverlage Stuttgart have developed very differently due to the individual histories of the individual MVS publishers. Variations in the magazine creation process have also emerged based on the target audience orientation and the themes of each magazine. Through a current analysis, the differences between the individual processes are revealed, and potential solutions for improvements are identified. By compiling all 19 current process chains of the magazines, the specific differences are highlighted, and possible solutions are presented. This leads to an approach towards process optimization and standardization.
