Problemy formirovaniya pravovogo gosudarstva v Tadzhikistane

The academic book "Problems of Forming a Legal State in Tajikistan" offers a comprehensive analysis of the development of a unique model of the rule of law tailored to the specific conditions of Tajikistan. The authors, Gavharoj Kosimi Kabirzoda and Abduzhabbor Jergashevich Rahmatuloev, explore the national and spiritual traditions, as well as the experiences of national state-building and the current state of socioeconomic development. The monograph aims to identify and analyze the sociocultural and conceptual-legal foundations of the emerging rule of law in the post-Soviet space. It draws on the achievements of global legal thought, as well as general theory and practice. The research findings fill a significant gap in legal literature by illuminating the sociocultural and ideological dominants of the rule of law in Tajikistan and advancing the development of a national model.
