A future-oriented dual training program requires a decision for common paths and goals. In this sense, this practical catalog has been designed. The starting point for its development was the open curriculum for practical training and the Health and Nursing Care Act. The practical catalog is intended to serve as a tool for quality assurance in training and to create a closer connection between theoretical and practical training in health and nursing care. As a guide for fundamental nursing skills and qualifications, dimensions of nursing actions, and care in relation to diagnostics and therapy for trainees and training institutions, it also forms the basis for a uniform assessment scheme in practical training. It includes assessment sheets for educators and templates for reflective practice on cases for learners.
