Since PISA, it has become clear that language promotion plays a significant role in a child's cognitive and social development. Therefore, the new educational framework plans of the federal states mandate language promotion in daycare centers. Additionally, the number of children who learn German only in kindergarten is continuously increasing. However, educators in training are not currently prepared for this issue. This volume contains the theoretical introduction and the practical course for the first year.
