Praxisbuch CBASP

People with chronic depression have particular difficulties in coping with interpersonal situations. The Cognitive Behavioral Analysis System of Psychotherapy (CBASP) starts here and helps to overcome these difficulties and thus the chronic depression.
CBASP sees itself as an integrative psychotherapy that combines strategies from cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy and the interpersonal school, among others. Practical yet scientifically sound, it describes how CBASP can be used in both outpatient and inpatient settings and applied in individual and group therapy. In addition to traditional CBASP therapy, modern modifications are presented: They all pursue the goal of adapting CBASP even better to the often very diverse problems, comorbidities (e.g. addiction, trauma, narcissism, autism) and needs (e.g. in older age) of those affected.
