The practical grammar of the German language is a learning and reference grammar aimed at two target groups: first, advanced foreign learners of German who want to acquire the correct and confident use of German as a foreign or second language; second, native German speakers, particularly students in secondary schools, who wish to expand and deepen their knowledge of standard German.
