This collection of texts brings together in a single volume a selection of the main texts governing the law of prosecutions. It includes all the main texts of federal and cantonal law on prosecutions (laws, ordinances, regulations, and special legislation) as well as a selection of indispensable Swiss texts (Code of Civil Procedure, Federal Tribunal Act, Federal Act on Private International Law) and international texts (particularly the Lugano Convention).
