Polizeirechtliche Massnahmen zur Bekämpfung der Gewalt anlässlich von Sportvera

The focus of the work is on the comprehensive and systematic presentation as well as the legal assessment of all police law measures aimed at combating violence during sporting events. This is done by considering both the general police law foundations and standard measures, as well as the specific instruments of hooligan legislation. An in-depth presentation of the police law of the Canton of Zurich and the fundamental principles governing police law precedes these considerations. Questions related to the legal form of concordats, the bearing of police operation costs, and the legal qualification of the measures regulated in the hooligan concordat are also explored in depth.
