Politische Macht: Welcher Platz für Recht und Moral?

The exercise of political power has historically, and even today, been a cause for skirmishes, protests, revolts, and many other controversies. The latter are often provoked by the deviation of power from its main objective, which is to ensure social cohesion, maintain order in the relationships between citizens, and promote the progress of society as a whole. Political power is increasingly characterized by disregard for the law and immoral practices. As a result, opinions among members of society about the legitimacy of politics vary, but without the power that enforces it, the law is merely a set of words. And without law, the existence and legitimacy of the state is just an idea, and it is no longer about demonstrating the effect of law and morality on political power. In fact, morality is the principle upon which politics can be undeniably built.
