This book is a plea for all the weak heroines who have to find their way in environments characterised by violence. A look away from us and competition. At the same time, it is a play on the genre of sports reportage, its skewed comparisons and its exuberant patheticism. Stadium life and historic matches from the perspective of a girl who spends her childhood involuntarily on the football pitch and, out of boredom, partly takes off into a fantasy world.
