Following the World Climate Summit in Glasgow, UNESCO called for "climate education" for all subjects. The Association Internationale des Professeurs de Philosophie has taken up this suggestion, as the good life in harmony with nature has been a topos of philosophy since antiquity. Here, teachers of philosophy at schools and universities from 17 countries show how this can be done on the basis of the country-specific framework conditions in the field of philosophy/ethics. At the same time, an insight is given into the respective traditions of thought and it is shown how the common educational goal of environmental ethics can be pursued from different directions.
