The new Police Act

With the law implementing Directive (EU) 2016/680 for the police in Baden-Württemberg and amending other police law provisions dated October 6, 2020, a new Police Act was enacted in Baden-Württemberg, which will come into effect in January 2021.

Explanations provide clarity

The Police Act has a completely new sequence of paragraphs and has been expanded with important provisions. These are explained by the publisher in an introduction and include:
