The various medicinal plants have been associated with one of the four elements since ancient times. Traditional European medicine has always sought commonalities between healing herbs and a disease or a specific person. There are herbs that nourish our air qualities and inspire us with ideas. There are plants that support our connection to the earth and bring us back to the reality of the ground. There are green, watery friends with whom our emotions bloom, and a number of plants that ignite a warming fire within us. Based on these perspectives, nearly 100 medicinal plants are examined in detail, and their properties are explained according to the four elements theory.
