Peters Dreiblatt: Föderalismus Grundrechte Verwaltung

Peter Hänni, professor of constitutional and administrative law at the University of Fribourg and director of the Institute of Federalism, celebrated his 60th birthday in September 2010. To mark this occasion, numerous former and current assistants and collaborators of Peter Hänni have come together to offer him their best birthday wishes with this commemorative publication. The result is a volume with topical scholarly contributions on the three legal hobbies of the jubilarian: federalism, fundamental rights, and administration. Federalism under pressure, the division of Sudan, the burqa ban, the abuse of fundamental rights, the non-partisan Federal Council, the military service levy, whistleblowing in public administration, public construction law, state liability in an international context, antitrust law, police law, privatization, and liberalization are just a few examples of topics.
