Product details
The association "Fundare e.V., a non-profit organization for the promotion of foundation culture" aims to contribute to a flourishing culture of foundations in Germany. To this end, the scientific and practical foundations of philanthropy are to be researched. The journal "Die Stiftung - Annual Publications on Foundation Law" serves this purpose. Its eleventh issue includes the lectures delivered at the "11th Foundation Law Day at Ruhr University Bochum," organized by Fundare e.V., under the overarching theme "The Future of Foundations." Additionally, other contributions have also been included. The publication not only thoroughly examines civil law issues but also addresses administrative and tax law challenges related to foundation law, ensuring that current topics in foundation and foundation tax law are not overlooked.
