Modell eines lebenszyklusorientierten PPP-Angebotsprozesses

This book was awarded the special prize in 2009 by the German Facility Management Association in the category of "Public Private Partnership." Public Private Partnership projects hold a significant position in the discipline of lifecycle orientation and open up new potentials in the construction and service industries. Within the framework of these complex projects, empirical studies have identified a significant internal deficit in organizational and professional prerequisites that appear essential for complex PPP project structures. These obstacles often lead to a reduction in the chances of winning contracts. Against this backdrop, this work developed a scientifically grounded, practice-oriented process model for the optimized handling of a PPP bidding process, which is differentiated through specific guidelines, methods, and tools.
