Peter Lampasiak

Time and again, when I shared stories from my life during trips or camps, I was asked to write it all down. Now it seems the time has come, and I want to express my heartfelt thanks to all the people who have crossed my path and supported, inspired, and excited me throughout my life by simply telling how this life has unfolded. Although I wanted to be a sculptor since childhood, I suddenly shifted my focus to education. The fact that I was able to study at all is thanks to the generosity of the lecturers at the Celler Hochschule and my involvement in the Bündische Jugend. I am grateful that it turned out this way, as I could beautifully combine the three fields of education, sculpture, and youth movement. Peter Lampasiak has been an inspiration and role model for many people throughout his long life, whether they encountered him in the youth movement, as students, in the faculty, or completely by chance.
