Dr. Daniel Hercenberger is active in the museum sector as well as a lecturer and instructor at various educational institutions in the field of film. Adrian Gmelch, born in 1993 in Rosenheim, is a film critic and author. He studied political science, communication, and social sciences in Eichstätt, Rennes, and Paris. Gmelch writes for several print and online film magazines. With "The Reinvention of M. Night Shyamalan" (2021), he published his first film book with the Marburg-based Büchner Verlag, followed by "Art-Horror: The Films of Ari Aster and Robert Eggers" (2022). In 2023, "M. Night Shyamalan: Interviews" was released in the well-known US book series "Conversations with Filmmakers" by the University Press of Mississippi. With "The Taxidermist" (2023), Gmelch has presented his first novel.
