But just as more options are created by this rapid change and the increasing complexity of business, more and more new types of risks are becoming known or, to put it more precisely; more consciously perceived. General risks such as market risks, credit risks, etc. are immediately present in today's business world. They have been researched, can be measured, evaluated and systematically controlled and minimized with a variety of possible measures. Newly identified risks, such as personnel risk, have not yet been systematically researched, and are therefore only managed selectively, if at all, and hardly holistically.
