Read, combine, solve - a tricky French fun for in-between times: Students read simple sentences on topics such as Zoo animals, Planets, Pirates, or the Palace of Versailles. They skillfully combine the information contained within. To gradually reach the solution, they color clowns or pets, enter names, numbers, or colors into a table, and draw missing ice cream scoops or fruits. This enhances reading and thinking skills while reinforcing your students' vocabulary. All tasks are differentiated into two levels of difficulty: once students must read nine sentences and another time eleven sentences to answer the question. This way, you can accommodate the varying performance levels in the class. The materials are quick to implement and can also be used in partner or group work.
