Albi's First Visit to Krumpf Castle

Stinkhorn mushrooms are a delicacy for Krumpflings! Naturally, the human boy Albi wants to try them too. That's why Egon Krumpfling cuts a small piece for his best friend. It tastes delicious, thinks Albi – but then he starts to shrink and suddenly becomes pencil-sized like Egon. At first, the two enjoy racing around Krumpf Castle and sitting together in Egon's children's watering can. However, when Albi overhears a conversation between his parents and hears how much they miss him, his heart grows heavy and he feels terrible homesickness. Now Egon and Albi must find a way for Albi to regain his former size.

The beloved Krumpflings romp through children's rooms and brew delicious Krump tea from swear words. Whether during read-aloud sessions or independent reading – fun is always guaranteed!
