Product details
The intensification of competition and the increasing cost pressure in the market for medical services require patient-oriented management concepts. Competition in the healthcare sector is less about prices and more decisively about the quality of service. In this context, the satisfaction of target groups holds significant economic importance. The subjectively perceived service quality and the resulting patient satisfaction thus become a crucial competitive factor. This work aims to develop an evaluation tool for measuring patient satisfaction in physiotherapy. It uncovers the factors underlying patient satisfaction, as well as strengths and weaknesses in service delivery, in order to derive recommendations for management. The developed tool allows for continuous monitoring of one's own services, enabling early implementation of corrective measures in service management.
