Julia is passionate about cooking. Her recipes are simple and quick to prepare. The ingredients are fresh and readily available everywhere. Julia learned to cook from her mother Reinhild and her grandmother Imma. Many of the recipes are old family traditions that she combines with modern ingredients. Sometimes she ventures into new experiments, which are immediately tasted – her daughters Linda and Mara are her toughest critics.
