Passion Risotto

Heinrich Gasteiger is a master chef and long-time culinary instructor at the Kaiserhof Hotel School in Merano. He is regarded as a leader and thinker in all areas of cooking and has worked in renowned kitchens of top European hotels in Gstaad, Lugano, Seefeld, and Munich. Additionally, he works as a creative product developer for food and an innovative food designer in the food and delicatessen sector.

Gerhard Wieser is a master chef and certified diet chef. He is the head chef at the gourmet restaurant Castel Fine Dining in the five-star Castel Hotel in Dorf Tirol, where he has led the restaurant to achieve two Michelin stars and five Gault-Millau toques. Wieser gained experience working with top chefs in Europe and Asia and is a dedicated product developer for food and delicatessen. He was awarded Chef of the Year 2020 by the Schlemmer-Atlas.

Helmut Bachmann grew up on a mountain farm in Antholz-Mittertal and lives with his family in Mühlbach, South Tyrol. The master chef taught for many years as a vocational instructor at the Emma Hellenstainer Hospitality School in Brixen. He represented the Italian national culinary team at world championships in Frankfurt, Luxembourg, Basel, Chicago, and Vienna, winning several gold medals. Bachmann is a member of the World Association of Chefs' Societies as a WACS Global Master Chef. He has organized and led the master chef training in South Tyrol for many years and shares his knowledge through workshops and cooking seminars both domestically and internationally. Additionally, he has published numerous professional articles, recipe brochures, and cooking calendars, and is a bestselling author of various relevant specialist books.
