Pädagogisches Controlling

For the purposes of increasing effectiveness and efficiency, (social) pedagogy has been subjected to economically tested instruments and tools for years. This book outlines the fundamentals and possibilities of how this can be achieved from within the pedagogical profession itself. Only those educational providers will survive who understand their cost-benefit ratio, manage it, sell it transparently to the outside world, and can demonstrate their effectiveness and efficiency. To this end, it is important for educational service providers to approach existing options, such as the Balanced Scorecard, without unconditionally adopting them. The focus is on individual-oriented pedagogical controlling rather than systemic controlling in pedagogy.
