Managerial performance and teaching performance in educational institutions

This book offers a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between management performance and teaching performance in public secondary schools in the Laredo district. The research is based on a sample of 89 teachers from six educational institutions and utilizes validated questionnaires provided by the Ministry of Education. The results show a significant correlation between the two variables, highlighting the importance of effective leadership for the quality of teaching. Teachers' perceptions regarding management and teaching performance are rated as average, indicating potential areas for improvement. This work is aimed at professionals in the education sector who are interested in optimizing management strategies and teaching methods.
