Old times in recipes, photos, and stories. Few things evoke childhood memories as much as the name or scent of a favorite dish from the past. A few years ago, Harald Saul, a master chef and collector of traditional recipes, requested the submission of private cookbooks, documents, and memories from the old days in the Ostpreussenblatt. The response was overwhelming. Harald Saul acquired handwritten records, private photo albums were opened for him, and in numerous conversations, people shared their very personal stories with him.
