Osteopathic exercises with the Pilates roller

Osteopathy has seen an increasing number of patients in recent years due to its healing effects. Osteopaths work exclusively with sensitive hands to improve the mobility of all structures in the body and stimulate the body's self-healing powers. The authors have been practicing as osteopaths for many years in the Department of Osteopathy and Alternative Medicine at the Ortho-Mobile rehabilitation clinic in Hattingen, successfully relieving numerous patients from pain and preventing surgeries using proven techniques. A successful treatment also includes a recommendation for a home or work program, known as "ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)," to maintain or even improve the achieved results. Complementary exercises to osteopathy are introduced using the Pilates roller (by SISSEL).
