Orientierungsplan

The orientation plan specifies the educational mandate. The six fields of education and development—body, senses, language, thinking, feeling and empathy, meaning, values, and religion—are closely interconnected. The educational and pedagogical matrix, a unique feature of Baden-Württemberg, presents the concept of the orientation plan in a condensed form. The multi-perspective educational approach and the strengthening of the children's perspective are hallmarks of the Baden-Württemberg orientation plan. The orientation plan serves as an educational compass for educators, providers, parents, and teachers. It provides binding goals, guidance, and impulses for pedagogical work, as well as support for a mindful and nurturing interaction with children.
