This teaching material is based on the guidelines for the professional examination of Technical Sales Professionals, which will be conducted for the first time in 2019. It covers the performance criteria for work situations 2.4, 2.5, and 2.9-2.12 of the action field 2 "Corporate Management and Environment." The learning content and review questions support competence-oriented learning. A well-developed didactic concept allows for use in both classroom settings and self-study. This teaching material is aimed at students preparing for the professional examination for Technical Sales Professionals with a federal certificate.
