The competency-oriented Islamic religious book is the textbook for confessional Islamic religious education in the German language. Islamic content is presented and conveyed in an age-appropriate manner. The Islam lesson for grade 5 is themed "Living in Friendship." Topics include living and understanding Islam, coexisting, Islamic art, culture, science, Islam in Austria and Europe, as well as Islamic history. The book was developed according to the Austrian curriculum at the IRPA and is suitable for competency-oriented religious education. The accompanying CD for the lessons includes songs, Quranic texts for listening and learning, stories of the prophets, and everyday stories of young Austrian Muslims.
