The cookbook, structured in the proven O'Reilly recipe format of problem, solution, and discussion, is divided into three parts. In the first part (for the "larval stage"), absolute beginners and completely helpless geeks are guided step by step. Simple, cool recipes alleviate the fear of starting and spark a desire for more. In the second part ("for Mama's favorite"), proper meals are prepared - all recipes always have something special and deviate from the beaten path.
