The indispensable text edition by Gauch/Stöckli, which has been trusted for many decades and is now overseen by Professor Hubert Stöckli since 2010, will be released in August 2024 in its 55th edition, again as a complete volume, as a part volume of the Swiss Civil Code (ZGB), and as a part volume of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).
