Villains, beware: Here comes the Hexhorn! In the small town of Finsterklecks, everyone is waiting for the new witch: the witch's house is ready, the cauldron is set, and a scruffy cat named Knut is already there. But then, a very special being arrives on a broom: with a cloak, a hat, and a horn! However, the Hexhorn can't cast nasty spells; instead, it prefers to conjure rainbows, magical pastries, and cozy sayings. The people of Finsterklecks are disappointed and send the Hexhorn away. But when the truly wicked witch Friedeltrud from the neighboring town shows up and causes chaos, the brave Hexhorn stands up to her. Will kindness and unity prove to be stronger than nasty curses in the end?.
