Dorothea Dhan is still mourning her late wife after two years when Aenne Liebig sweeps into her life - literally, because Dorothea trips over the broom Aenne is wielding. Fascinated by the red-haired whirlwind, Dorothea forgets for a moment her resolution never to fall in love with a woman again, also believing that she can't because her wife was her great love. But taken by surprise by Aenne's charm, she almost unintentionally lets herself be invited for coffee. Soon, however, she feels remorse, because it feels like cheating.
