Novum Testamentum Graece (Nestle-Aland)

The globally recognized standard work among the Greek New Testament text editions is now available in a fundamentally revised and improved edition (28th edition). A key focus of the revision was the textual critical apparatus, which has been structured more simply throughout. The linking of variants by "sed" or "et" has been eliminated, as well as the distinction between permanent witnesses of the first and second order. Additionally, this edition includes for the first time the readings from the newly discovered Papyri 117-127, which open up particularly interesting perspectives in the Book of Acts. A major focus of the revision was on the Catholic Epistles, where the edition has been adjusted to the "Editio Critica Major" with over 30 changes. The reference points in the margins have been systematically reviewed and particularly updated.
