Product details
Anette Baumgarten, born in 1976 in Bremen, lives with her family in Northern Germany. She began her journey into shamanism as a child. Her grandparents and great-grandparents already mastered the art of Bigalan, the traditional practice of speaking and singing. In her youth, she explored magical, healing, and esoteric paths such as laying on of hands, tarot reading, and traditional speaking. Later, she underwent training in various magical and spiritual directions. She gained experiences in modern witchcraft, Hoodoo, Druidry, meditation, herbalism, yoga, hermetic magic, and much more. However, she found her spiritual home in shamanism, initially in the form of Western core shamanism as taught by Michael Harner. Over the years, this developed into a strong connection to (Northern) European traditions and myths. Her studies in archaeology and prehistoric history helped her create a vibrant and effective Nordic-European shamanic path for contemporary times and people. Since 2013, she has been running the Tunritha - School for European Shamanism, where she conducts various seminars and training sessions. As she enjoys traveling and visiting special power places, she has also been offering regular special shamanic-magical retreats and courses at power sites in Scotland and Iceland since 2013.
