One lesson corresponds to a double-page spread. Each chapter begins with a brief preview of the learning content and ends with a summary of the material learnt - so everything important is always ready at a glance.

The active pages with a variety of tasks are organised according to skills. The extensive exercise material is supplemented by suggestions for student experiments. Cross-references to the pupils' world of experience ensure a better understanding of technical phenomena.

The method pages also present both subject-specific and interdisciplinary working methods.

The newly learnt content and skills are practised and deepened with coordinated tasks on the tested pages. The solutions can be found in the appendix.
