The Student's Pack includes the Coursebook with an audio CD, the "My Resources" booklet, and access to the textbook's website for one year. The Coursebook belongs to the students and is their most important working tool. They write in it, highlight texts, and take notes. To accommodate different levels, there is a version for basic requirements (G) and one for advanced requirements (E). The inputs remain the same at both learning levels, with differences found in the material's development. The basic requirements version offers more support in the form of introductory texts in German or simpler tasks and additional worksheets. The Coursebook for basic requirements contains five thematic units. Within each unit theme, there are two (sometimes three) subtopics that lead to a "project task." The audio CD is included with the Coursebook and contains authentic texts spoken by native speakers. These enhance listening comprehension and support the memorization of vocabulary, sentence structures, pronunciation, and speech rhythm. The "My Resources" booklet is also available in a version for basic requirements (G) and one for advanced requirements (E). It accompanies students in their learning process and becomes their personal notebook and reference work, which they can also refer to in the following school years. "My Resources" includes, for example: - Instructions: for better understanding of tasks - Language focus: development of language structures - Learning strategies - My English journal: reflection on personal learning. The website offers a variety of materials for different learning levels, thus addressing internal differentiation: - Language practice (Listening, Structures, Words) for independent practice - Authentic materials with assignments - WebQuests - Solutions to the tasks in the Coursebook.
