Study paper from 2013 in the field of Media/Communication - Technical Communication, Language, Grade: 1.7, University of Applied Management GmbH Campus Berlin, Language: German.

Abstract: The history of NLP began in the early 1970s with the young professor of linguistics, John Grinder, and computer science student Richard Bandler. They initiated a scientific project in which they explored the question: Why are some people able to build trust and connections with others even in difficult situations, while others cannot? At the beginning of the project, both eagerly learned from each other, thereby developing the foundation for the modeling concept, which is characterized by the creation and use of models to learn behaviors. After this initial phase, they began to observe other people and situations and learned through various feedback.
