Neue Arbeit

New forms of professional work are currently being tested in many work contexts and are being extensively researched by work science. This is leading to innovative job fields, increasingly flexible working time models, and new office concepts. Young employees are increasingly wishing for time off from work, while older colleagues would like to actively shape their work.
