This works council brochure is part of a series of information brochures for employees and works councils that serve as working aids and information on labor law issues.
These supplement Fitting's commentary on works constitution law and expand it to include practical answers to problems arising in everyday working life, provide support for employees and works councils in negotiations with the employer, and provide information on claims, rights and obligations arising from the employment relationship.
