Knowledge transfer that sounds awfully old-fashioned. In contrast to this, however, the encyclopedia of natural sciences for clever kids, which conveys knowledge in an exciting and modern way. It is not only interesting for pupils, but also generally so well prepared visually that one is always happy to take a look inside. As part of the successful Knowledge for Smart Kids series, basic questions are first clarified: What is matter? Or how is an atom structured? In addition, central questions from chemistry, physics and biology are dealt with. In total, the series contains well over 1,500 graphics, many of them large-format on double pages: In this way, the special features of nature and technology can be presented in an appealing way, such as a gigantic tunnel boring machine, greatly enlarged snow crystals or a glowing firefly.
