Naturopathy in cancer treatment

This guide for cancer patients is based on the experiences gained from the collaboration between the Department of Complementary Medicine and the various departments of the Merano Hospital. Dr. Christian Thuile and Dr. Oskar Ausserer draw on their extensive knowledge of naturopathy, the skills of so-called conventional medicine, and, not least, the experiences that both authors share with their patients suffering from cancer. Most of the measures included in this book are supported by successfully conducted studies and ensure quality, as they aim to improve the quality of life for cancer patients and to optimally manage potential side effects from standardized cancer therapies.
