This book covers the fundamentals of international business operations, including the associated manufacturing, procurement, and sourcing of multinational companies. It addresses the value chain, using the example of the clothing industry in so-called low-wage countries, as well as the industrial revolution as a driver of globalization. The book also explores various organizational theoretical perspectives and examines intercultural teams from four organizational theoretical viewpoints.
