Na Pivo mit Bohumil Hrabal und Jaroslav Hasek

On his beer tour through towns and cities, Beppo Beyerl visited all possible places of beer consumption, i.e. pubs, railway stations and main squares. Beer and its consumption is a central element in the everyday life of the people. This is proven not only by the lives and texts of Bohumil Hrabal and Jaroslav HaSek, but also by numerous living inhabitants of our northern neighbouring country, whether they are called pan PospiSil or pan Havranek. Geographically, the author focused mainly on the cervisiological triangle of Brno - Budweis - Pilsen, but also made side trips to Silesia and the Elbe. In between, he read Hrabal's and HaSek's texts attentively, and if nothing else came up, he drank green beer in Brno or Indian Pale Ale in Ceske Budejovice.
