Musikmanagement

The book, which emerged from the MAS Music Management program, a continuing education program offered by the Bern University of the Arts, is dedicated in three chapters to the topics and aspects of self-management (personal competence in an artistic context), leadership (leadership in music schools and music institutions), and concept and project design (conception, realization, and communication of musical and interdisciplinary projects).

The target audience includes musicians who would like to distinguish themselves in the professional market, as well as leaders and managers of music institutions, particularly music schools, and those involved in larger musical or interdisciplinary projects.
