Music in Context brings new ideas and methods to music teaching with innovative approaches for pupil-centred work. In music in context, many different materials and types of texts create an overall picture and relate the work, the composer, the historical contexts and the current trends in the visual arts, literature or sciences to one another. Pupils can use the materials to work their way up to the fabric themselves. To give the teacher as much freedom as possible, the student's book deliberately dispenses with questions and student tasks.
