About the new edition
The entry into force of the MoPeG on 1 January 2024 will result in fundamental changes to the statutory provisions of BGB company law and those of commercial companies.
Compared to the old version of Sections 705 et seq., all of the provisions of the law of the GbR in particular have been reformulated and they systematically follow a structure that consistently differentiates between the external company with legal capacity and the internal company without legal capacity.
