Movement theory sports motor skills

This classic of German sports science has been continuously developed since its first edition nearly 50 years ago and is now available in a newly revised and partially expanded edition. Since the release of the first edition, the book has been translated ten times and published in nine countries. It remains a sought-after practical scientific foundation for teaching in the field. Recent scientific findings have been incorporated, taking into account the sport pedagogical and teaching methodological application aspects defined by Kurt Meinel. Since the 11th edition, the chapters on motor learning, motor development, coordination skills, as well as diagnostics and examination methodology have been significantly revised and partially restructured. The glossary with approximately 150 technical terms enhances user-friendliness, as does the extensive subject index.
